SUPERBOX Cloud Storage

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SUPERBOX Cloud Storage app (the "App") provided by Superclick Tech. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us immediately at support@superclicktech.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

You keep full ownership of the files you upload. You give us permission only to store, process and transmit your files as needed to provide the service (for example, to back them up and let you download or share them). We do not claim any ownership of your content.

4. Prohibited content and use

You must not upload, store or share:

• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights (for example, pirated movies, music, software or books).
• Content that sexually exploits or endangers children. Such content will be removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Malware, viruses or harmful code.
• Content that is illegal, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses others.
• Private or personal information of other people without their consent.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the App to distribute spam.

5. Reporting content and copyright (DMCA) notices

To report abusive content or a shared link, or to send a copyright infringement notice, email support@superclicktech.com with the subject "Report Content – SUPERBOX" and include:

• The shared link or description of the content.
• The reason for the report (and, for copyright, proof that you own the work).
• Your name and contact details.

We review reports promptly and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Storage plans and payments

Some features or extra storage may require a paid subscription purchased through Google Play. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

7. Service availability and backups

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We recommend keeping your own copies of important files. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superclick Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
