Privacy Policy - SUPERBOX Cloud Storage

This Privacy Policy explains how Superclick Tech ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the SUPERBOX Cloud Storage mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Uploading files is optional. We only access files that you choose to upload to the App.

2. How we use your information

To provide the core service: storing, backing up and syncing your files.
To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To analyze usage and fix crashes so we can improve the App.
To show advertisements that help keep the App free.
To detect abuse, illegal content and violations of our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not look at, share or sell the content of your uploaded files, except where required by law or to act on a valid abuse report.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

Your uploaded files are never shared with these advertising or analytics partners.

4. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Access to our servers is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Files shared by link are accessible only to people who have that link, and you can disable a shared link at any time.

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable industry-standard measures to protect your data.

5. Data retention

Your account information and files are kept while your account is active.
Files you delete are moved to Trash and can be permanently deleted by you at any time.
When you delete your account, all account data and files are permanently deleted within 30 days; backups are cleared within 90 days.
Anonymous crash logs and diagnostics are kept for up to 90 days.
Records we must keep by law (for example, payment records) are kept only as long as legally required.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You can access, download, update or delete your files at any time inside the App. You can delete your account in the App under Settings > Delete Account, or by following the steps on our deletion page:

You may also opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

7. Children's privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Prohibited content and reporting

Users must not upload or share illegal content, content that infringes copyright or other rights, malware, or content that sexually exploits minors. We may remove such content and suspend accounts. To report content or a shared link, email support@superclicktech.com with the link and reason. See our Terms of Service for details.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
