Delete Account & Data - SUPERBOX Cloud Storage

This page explains how users of the SUPERBOX Cloud Storage app, developed by Superclick Tech, can request deletion of their account and associated data, or delete only some of their data without deleting their account.

1. Delete your account (in the app)

Open the SUPERBOX Cloud Storage app and log in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.

2. Delete your account (by email)

If you cannot access the app, send an email from your registered email address to:

support@superclicktech.com

Use the subject "Delete My Account – SUPERBOX" and include the email address linked to your account. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

3. Delete some of your data without deleting your account

In the app, open any file, photo, video or folder and tap Delete. Deleted items are moved to Trash.
Open Trash and tap Delete Permanently or Empty Trash to remove them from our servers immediately.
You can also email support@superclicktech.com with the subject "Delete My Data – SUPERBOX" to request deletion of specific or all stored files while keeping your account.

4. What data is deleted or kept

Data type	What happens
Account info (name, email, user ID)	Permanently deleted
Uploaded files, photos, videos, audio, documents	Permanently deleted from our servers
Shared links	Disabled and deleted
Crash logs and diagnostics	Anonymous data may be kept up to 90 days, then deleted
Records required by law (e.g. payment/transaction records)	Kept only as long as legally required

Retention period: All account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Server backups are fully cleared within 90 days.
